Working alongside a consortium of seed investors, we structured the transaction, led the capital raise and defined a new hospitality concept aligned with Caparica’s evolving identity as a year-round coastal destination. The strategy combines strong operational fundamentals with placemaking, positioning the hotel as an anchor for the wider neighbourhood’s transformation.
